My corollary is that the odds of an error go up with the height of the dudgeon; the medium chosen (blog posts are worse than emails which are worse than formal writing); and the alcohol consumed.

I love it! Prague is full of incorrect grammar and just plain bad English. Why can’t people just take that extra minute and read over something before they post it, or worse, before they put up signage?

Over here in the United States we have thousands of signs with incorrect grammar and spelling. I saw a blog post a few months back with the best ones, but I can’t find it now.

Bonkers Britain indeed. I only wish that Noel’s HQ was still on our screens so that we could see what he thinks of this sign. I hope that the Local Planning Authority didn’t make them apply for planning permission; Chegwin would go completely mental.
