		<description>Most likely, the person stenciling it in grabbed an "R" out of the truck by accident and, because he was up close and focussed on staying in the lines instead of standing back to look at the bigger picture, never noticed that he'd painted "STOR" instead of...well, nothing, because he wasn't thinking about the whole word.</description>
