		<description>The smudge is a common pitfall of using a highlighter pen to write notes. All the different widths of strokes during letter formation can a  very confusing sensation for the author. I&#039;ve tried it.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I suggest leaving a note back ordering that pink highlighter pens should not be used on notices for public display. Written with a pink highlighter, naturally.</description>
